Fall Festival
140 students from Hannibal LaGrange University, 60 students, and 20 family members got together to hand out meals and hand made blankets to the senior residents within the community. The students also visited and distributed gifts to approximately 70 senior residents at Beth Haven Terrace West and Willowcare Center retirement home in Hannibal, Mo.

Future Projects

We are currently in the process of campaigning for a new building for our youth, computers for our library, and a bus to transport our youth back and forth between events. To learn more about this, email us at: fridaynf17@yahoo.com or visit our Wish List on our Get Involved Page.
PROJECTS

Neighborhood Cleanup
Our students participated in a neighborhood cleanup. This project included raking leaves, helping the elderly with basic yardwork, etc. in an effort to keep our neighborhood clean.

Senior Meals

Quarterly each year, the Andre' Sheard Foundation provides free meals to the elderly and handicapped within our community. The students bring a meal and hand written notes to these individuals, showing them that they are appreciated and not forgotten.

Community Library

The Andre' Sheard Foundation built a library and reading room at the Hannibal Manor Community Center for the youth within the community who previously did not have access to a public library. We are actively working to expand our book collection as we believe that education is one of the most important ways to impact a child's life.
